Another area of FSD is the provision of small series and contract production. This is due to the ever increasing accuracy requirements on the market which our machines have to meet. Since an investment in machinery does not pay off for small quantities, we can make our machinery available for your small or very small orders.

Likewise, we can offer mechanical post-processing such as milling, punching and embossing, so you can get everything from a single source. Furthermore, the measurement in 3D or scanning is possible. The material to be bent / formed may be aluminum, stainless steel or co-extrudate. In order to do the tool- and machine designs we only need to know the cross-sectional area, the strength values and the corresponding drawings or 3D data.
